When will I receive my order?

At check out, you will see the next available dates for delivery to your area. You can choose any of the dates that are available at the moment when you check out.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

We deliver across Ontario, including cities like: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Markham, Vaughan, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Bradford, Mississauga, Milton, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Waterdown, Brantford, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Woodstock, London.

How much does shipping cost?

Our Shipping is FREE from a purchase of $50.00 or more. There is a delivery charge of $9.99 when the order is less than $50.00

At what time of the day the order will be delivered?

The window for your delivery is on weekdays: from 12pm till 6pm. And on Saturdays from 9am till 5pm.

If I live in an apartment, where do you leave my order?

The driver will contact you via text or phone call, 5-10 minutes before he arrives, and it will meet you in the lobby to deliver the order. If your building allows our driver to drop the order with the security or reception that is also an option (please let us know in the notes). The driver will not go upstairs to the apartment in any circumstances.

If I have a special instruction for my order, example: add a gift note, can you do it?

Lola’s Team is always looking to accommodate and follow special instructions, but we cannot guarantee that we can meet all the special instructions. Please write your special delivery instructions in the delivery notes at checkout.

How long the driver can wait if I am not at home?

If you live in a house, the driver will leave the order at the front door. If you live in an apartment building, the driver will try to contact you up to 3 times to the phone number that you have in the system. If he is not able to find you, he will contact our main office and wait for a maximum period of 10 minutes, if the main office is not able to contact you, the driver will leave the site and the order will come back to the office to re-schedule the delivery. An additional delivery charge may apply.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to our WhatsApp 905-997-1577. Text us your name, order number and describe the issue.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when the driver is on its way to deliver your order, you will receive an email with a link where you can track where is the driver.
